A Shopify concierge that reads your store on day one
Shopify publishes a structured product feed on every storefront. The crawler reads it directly, which means no CSV upload, no manual tagging and no training step — the concierge knows your catalog before you have finished reading this sentence.
What a Shopify store gets for free
The whole catalog, accurately
Titles, variant pricing, compare-at prices, stock status, product type, tags and imagery come straight from the storefront feed rather than being guessed from HTML.
Your policies, quoted not paraphrased
Refund and shipping policy pages are parsed for the return window and free-delivery threshold, and verbatim sentences are kept so the agent can quote you exactly.
Your brand, automatically
Apple touch icon, OpenGraph image and theme colour are extracted, so the header bar, launcher and message bubbles match your storefront without a design pass.
Post-purchase handled too
Order tracking with a four-stage carrier timeline and a returns wizard that issues an RMA — the two questions that generate most support volume.
How it gets built
- 1
Paste your myshopify.com or custom domain into the Train studio.
- 2
The product feed and policy pages are read automatically.
- 3
Review the extracted catalog and brand colour in the demo.
- 4
Drop one script tag into your theme to go live.
Questions people actually ask
- Do I need to install a Shopify app?
- No. It reads your public storefront and embeds through a single script tag, so there is no app install and no permissions grant.
- Does checkout actually charge the customer?
- Not in the demo. The in-chat cart is a working interface but checkout is clearly labelled as a demo and takes no payment. Connecting it to a real Shopify checkout is an integration step.
- What if my catalog changes?
- Re-run the crawl. It overwrites the stored profile for that slug, so the embed picks up the new catalog without changing the script tag.

One URL is the whole setup. The demo link is shareable the moment the crawl finishes.
